You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
Perishable goods
Personalised or custom-made products
Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear)
Gift cards
Downloadable software products

Our Mistake: If you received an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve it for you.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
